Nowadays, the digital economy and a number of effective technologies related to it, including e-commerce and e-business, are rapidly entering our lives. For the same reason, in order to accelerate the development of the state and society, the leadership of our republic made several important decisions.

Based on global trends and events in foreign policy, Uzbekistan faces the issue of global competitiveness and national security, and the development of the digital economy in the country plays an important and decisive role in solving this issue. Some elements of the digital economy are already working successfully in our country. In this article is explained the causes of loneliness are varied and include social, mental, emotional and physical factors. The purpose of the article was in statistical data analysis to identify significant differences in the degree of experience of loneliness in students’ group and its structure. The obtained data were processed using methods of mathematical statistics and multivariate analysis.

The article is devoted to the problem of the peculiarities of replacing taboo vocabulary in terms of euphemism in the practice of teaching the Russian language in groups with the Uzbek language.

Among the children of preschool educational institutions, according to the results of medical examinations, only about 20% are healthy, more than 50% have functional abnormalities, and 30% suffer from chronic diseases [3,4]. Currently, nutrition problems are relevant for all segments of the population, including children and adolescents, students. In this study, the nutrition of students of technical institutes (Tashkent Technical Institute, Technical University of Berlin) was studied and, according to its results, the majority of respondents have an unbalanced diet. Therefore, measures are needed to solve this problem in order to prevent an increase in diseases associated with the gastrointestinal tract, not only among students, but also among the entire population.

Hypertrophy of the turbinates with pathology of the mouth of the auditory tubes leads to tubal dysfunction with impaired nasal breathing. In this study, endoscopic treatment of 34 sick children (from 7 to 18 years old) with hypertrophy of the inferior turbinates and pathology of the mouth of the auditory tubes was carried out. Correction of the identified pathology was carried out by the endorhinosurgical method using special manipulation otolaryngological instruments. The child underwent ultrasonic disintegration of the hypertrophy of the inferior turbinates and exfoliation in case of hypertrophy of the tubal tonsils, followed by dilatation with microrebidor.

This article presents the materials of the research work of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 in premenopausal age patients with urinary incontinence. The results of assessing the quality of life of patients with urinary incontinence are presented, the survey was conducted among 128 patients of the premenopausal period. The ICIQ-SF quality of life questionnaire in patients with urinary incontinence has been modified. Analysis of the answers of the women asked using the modified questionnaire showed that women with severe UI were more common - 39.8%. Very severe UI is less common - 14.5%.
