Abstract

If we look at the experience of the world, even in developed countries, the economic intensity, which was initially held by small business in the economy, and it is called the Japanese miracle, has stood up due to the planned strict policy of the state, and now it has started to make up half of the total profit in the production of the country's gross domestic product.
