This review article aims to explore the various pharmacological actions of quinazolinone and the underlying mechanisms of action. Quinazolinone has been found to possess a broad spectrum of biological activities, including anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-tubercular, anti-diabetic, and anti-hypertensive activities, among others. This review provides an in-depth analysis of the various pharmacological properties of quinazolinone, its chemical structure, and the mechanisms of action involved in these activities. The quinazolinone nucleus has been recognized as an important pharmacophore that is present in a variety of biologically active compounds. Due to its versatile nature, quinazolinone-based compounds have been studied for their diverse pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, anti-microbial, and anti-viral effects. This review provides an overview of the various quinazolinone derivatives, their chemical structure, and the wide range of pharmacological actions that they exhibit. The underlying mechanisms of these pharmacological actions are also discussed in detail, highlighting the potential therapeutic applications of quinazolinone derivatives. Overall, this review underscores the importance of quinazolinone derivatives as an interesting scaffold for the design and development of novel pharmacologically active compounds.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the features of special vocabulary, in particular, to the identification of the main nominative and functional features of psychological terms.  Particular attention is paid to various directions in and teaching of the terminological system, the description of the main properties and characteristics of terms. The requirements for the meaning of the term are revealed: consistency of semantics, singleness, completeness, absence of synonyms, etc.

The authors argue that standardization plays a critical role in managing uncertainty in the genomic clinic, but that this standardization must be accompanied by the reflexive engagement of clinicians with patients to ensure that the standardization is appropriate to the unique circumstances of each patient. The article "Reflexive Standardization and the Resolution of Uncertainty in the Genomics Clinic" explores the role of standardization in the practice of genomic medicine. The authors argue that while standardization has been seen as a way to reduce uncertainty in medical practice, in genomics it can also introduce new uncertainties. The article draws on ethnographic research conducted in a genomics clinic, focusing on the practices of standardization and the ways in which clinicians and patients navigate uncertainty. The authors propose the concept of "reflexive standardization" to describe the ways in which standardization can be made more flexible and responsive to the needs of individual patients. They suggest that this approach can help to resolve uncertainties in genomics practice and ensure that patients receive appropriate and personalized care.

It is known that in Turkish lexicography, including Uzbek lexicography, Eastern lexicography, in particular Arabic lexicography, is leading. "Devonu lu'otit turk" (1073-1074), "Mukaddimatul adab" (1137), "Kitab ul-idork li lisanul atrak" (1312), "Attukhfatuz zakiyatu fil lugatit turkiya" (XIII century), which are interpreted as the first Turkish language dictionaries, such works were written in Arabic and based on the traditions of Arabic linguistics.
