Pectin esterases and pectate lyases are key enzymes involved in the degradation of pectin, a complex polysaccharide found in plant cell walls. This study explores the influence of sucrose, a common sugar, on the activity of microbial pectin esterases and pectate lyases. Enzyme assays were conducted using pectin as a substrate in the presence of varying concentrations of sucrose. The results indicated that sucrose exerted distinct effects on these enzymes, with some concentrations enhancing activity while others displayed inhibitory effects. The intricate interplay between sucrose concentration and enzyme activity provides insights into the regulation of pectin degradation pathways and underscores the complexity of microbial enzyme interactions.

Hearing loss is a socially significant problem. In a significant number of cases, it is based on sensorineural hearing loss. Given the polyetiology of the disease, the approach to treating patients should be comprehensive. Over the past decades, there has been a steady increase in the number of patients with hearing impairment due to the development of sensorineural hearing loss, which, in turn, leads to social and labor maladaptation, deterioration in the quality of life of patients, and in children to a violation of the psycho-emotional , speech and intellectual development. The treatment of acute sensorineural hearing loss (ASNHL) remains an important and problematic task of modern otolaryngology. Thus, in acute sensorineural hearing loss, therapy is aimed at combating edema, inflammation, circulatory disorders, and tissue metabolism.

The social and emotional development of preschoolers is one of the urgent problems of modern pedagogy and pedagogical psychology. Socialization of preschoolers is carried out through communication and consistent interactive activities. In this process, qualities such as initiative, flexibility, emotions and sensitivity determine the content and level of children's communication. The article analyzes the problems associated with this problem, past and current pedagogical and psychological research in the context of social demands, as well as recommendations on role-playing games and their use, which are important for further improving the socio-emotional development of preschool children.

According to a recent epidemiological survey, the incidence of acute  sensorineural hearing loss (ASNHL) is increasing yearly. The cause of ASNHL is of great interest in research. To date, viral infection, vascular occlusion, abnormal cellular stress responses within the cochlea, and immune-mediated mechanisms are considered the most likely etiologies of this disease. Among these etiologies, the relationship between viral infection and sudden deafness has been unclear. According to the course of the disease, sudden, acute and chronic forms are distinguished. When the disease starts suddenly, it develops unilaterally in a few hours without any symptoms. The acute form develops slowly over several days. The chronic form is characterized by a long period (more than 1 month) and slow hearing loss.
