Drawing on a literature review, the paper analyzes the complex relationship between entrepreneurship and unemployment, highlighting the factors influencing entrepreneurial activity and its impact on job creation. Additionally, the paper presents empirical findings on trends in employment and GDP, shedding light on the economic performance of Uzbekistan over the studied period.
