In this article, we talked about the problems of studying the work of the poet Omon Matjon and the study of his personal archive. In studying the work of the poet, we have focused on some tasks. The article reveals the poet's contribution to the development of Uzbek poetry of the twentieth century, the unique aspects of his poetry.
