The article discusses the concept of the formation of network educational models on the basis of network educational technologies, the traditional teaching model for the professional development of pedagogical personnel. Also, the author gave recommendations on the influence of information and communication technologies on the professional activity of a pedagogical with a significant expansion of his field of activity.
