Relevance and goals. The article is devoted to the study of the frequency and structure of injuries to the cerebral and facial parts of the skull in victims of road traffic accidents (RTA), as well as consideration of the issue of rehabilitation of patients with these injuries. The annual increase in road traffic injuries - one of the most important medical and social problems of our time - determines the relevance of this study.

Fungi constitute a vital component of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, playing pivotal roles in nutrient cycling, decomposition, and symbiotic relationships. This study investigates the presence and diversity of fungal flora in water, air, and soil ecosystems, elucidating their ecological significance. Through comprehensive sampling and molecular analysis, the distribution of fungal species across these environments is examined. Additionally, the study delves into the screening of fungal enzymes with biotechnological potential. Enzyme activities involved in lignocellulose degradation, nutrient mobilization, and pollutant detoxification are assessed, highlighting the immense enzymatic potential of fungal communities. The integration of fungal diversity exploration and enzyme screening underscores the multifaceted contributions of fungi to ecosystem dynamics and biotechnology.

This article contains methods to assist learners in the building of a positive worldview in the teachings of Eastern thinkers, as well as in the development of a person's positive worldview in the works of our thinking forebears. In the article, a heating scheme of a hybrid heat and hot water supply system based on vacuum solar collectors and heat pump devices for country houses and model houses is proposed. The operating procedure of the hybrid heat and hot water supply system is presented. The hybrid heat and hot water supply system is connected to a vacuum solar collector and a heat pump device connected to an underground heat source (sewage well) through a tank accumulator. Heat-technical calculation of tank-accumulator and heat pump device is given. The energy consumption of the heat pump device used in the hybrid heat supply system is 2.5 kW, and the heat and hot water supply system produces 22, 65 kW of heat energy for the tank accumulator, which is 20÷25 more than boiler devices and electric heating devices in traditional heat and hot water supply systems. It is based on the fact that it has up to 25 times energy efficiency.

Taking into account the meteorological climate parameters of the Kashkadarya region, the heating season is 135 days, in the hybrid autonomous heat supply system of the proposed rural houses and model houses, it is possible to save 73,386 kW of electricity or use 30÷40 tons of conventional fuel due to the use of only a 2.5 kW heat pump device. It is scientifically proven that savings can be made.

In this paper evaluated the effect of important socio-economic indicators on the development of industry sector in Surkhandarya region. For this, used coefficients of elasticity determined on the basis of regression analysis. Based on the results obtained, prospective directions for industrial development in the region have been identified.

This study employs finite element analysis (FEA) to simulate sliding contact and investigate the frictional behavior between fiber-reinforced polymer composites and a rigid parabolic cylinder. Fiber-reinforced composites are widely used in engineering applications due to their exceptional mechanical properties. Understanding the frictional interactions in such materials is crucial for optimizing performance and durability. The FEA model accounts for material properties, contact conditions, and loading parameters to provide insights into the frictional response. Results from this analysis contribute to the advancement of materials engineering and manufacturing processes, particularly in scenarios where composite materials encounter sliding contact.

The article contains information on the historical phonetics of the Uzbek language and the phonetic forms of the old Uzbek words. The reflection of vowel and consonant symbols in the dictionary and the phonetic forms of lexemes are given comparative analyzes based on the dictionaries of the same period.
