This paper presents a conceptual framework aimed at fortifying performance within the banking sector through the integration of fraud risk management and risk culture. By examining the synergistic relationship between these elements, the framework explores how proactive management of fraud risks and a robust risk culture can enhance operational resilience and financial stability. Drawing on theoretical insights and practical examples, this study underscores the importance of aligning organizational strategies with effective risk management practices to sustain long-term success in banking.
