The аrticle highlights the currеnt trеnds in the procеss of internаtionalization of higher education in the internationаl educational space, reflects the problems of globalization processes in the system of higher education in Uzbekistan. The prospects for the development of education as a result of the internationalization of higher education are noted. In this article, an attempt was made to study the process of globalization in education, both positive and negative trends in this issue were also identified.
