It examines the individual and differentiated organization of sports training, adaptation of physical exercises to different abilities, and development of professional competencies of future specialists. A pedagogical model based on diagnosis, goal setting, adaptation, practical implementation, monitoring, and assessment is proposed. The importance of inclusive sports training for students’ social and communicative development and assessment based on individual development dynamics is substantiated.
