Integrative Development of Students' Professional Competence and Culture Based on A Competency-Based Approach

This article studies the theoretical and methodological foundations, conditions and practical technologies of the integrative development of professional competence and culture of students. The results of an empirical study conducted at the Shahrisabz State Pedagogical Institute in 2019-2024 with the participation of 312 students are analyzed. An integrative development model (IRM) is proposed. It was found that the competence-culture integration index (KMII) in the experimental group increased by 43.7 percent.
