Joint education, characterized by cross-border collaboration and co-delivery of curricula, has emerged as a significant mechanism to enhance international student mobility, quality assurance, and academic innovation. By analyzing contemporary models in countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia, this study identifies key governance structures, decision-making hierarchies, and quality monitoring systems that underpin successful joint programs.
