In the article, various approaches to the analysis of the structure of the innovative activity of the pedagogue in education, the internal logic of innovation, a dynamic system that is legitimately developed in relation to time and represents its interaction with the environment, effective self-awareness that characterizes creative individuality, in addition, other factors of the individual's innovative activity are highlighted.
