Abstract

In the era of digital transformation and rapidly changing educational demands, effective teaching methodology plays a crucial role in shaping the learning experience. This article explores the fundamental principles of teaching methodology, compares traditional and modern approaches, and provides practical strategies for improving learner engagement and outcomes. Emphasis is placed on learner-centered approaches, technological integration, and formative assessment. The findings underscore the necessity for teachers to adapt their methods to meet the needs of diverse learners and dynamic learning environments.
