this article is devoted to innovative methods of formation of student-youth as a person of professional and spiritual sophistication in the conditions of the New Uzbekistan. The article analyzes pedagogical approaches that are important in preparing the younger generation as professionally and spiritually mature individuals in the context of modern requirements and globalization processes. Issues of improving the educational process through innovative methods, including interactive teaching methods, project-based teaching, programs aimed at developing critical thinking, and digital technologies are addressed. The article highlights the role of spirituality in the development of professional competencies of students and young people. Pedagogical strategies are proposed based on spiritual values and moral principles necessary for their personal and social success. There are also ways to increase youth activity in society through activities aimed at developing mutual cooperation, teamwork and communicative skills. The article is written based on the results of scientific research and is expected to be a useful resource for practitioners and theorists in the field of pedagogy.
