Scientific and Theoretical Foundations of Organizing Tutor Pedagogical Activity

This article discusses the implementation of tutoring activity in Uzbekistan based on foreign experiences. The role of tutors in organizing the education in higher education and their effective pedagogical activities has been discussed. The deep study and comprehensive understanding of the concept of continuous spiritual education, as well as its importance in improving the educational process in higher education institutions, have been explored.
