Today, the development of digital technologies is bringing major changes to the education system. M-learning (mobile learning) technologies are an integral part of these changes. These technologies create broad opportunities for the formation and development of information and communication competence among students. This article analyzes the methods of developing information and communication competence among students through m-learning technologies.
