The musical education system has great scientific educational potential. It defines the strategic directions of the state policy in the field of music education and art and shows the prospects for the development of the music education system. Therefore, in accordance with the program, in this scientific article, there are opinions about the use of musical art tools in the formation of the foundations of spiritual and moral culture.
