In this article, the essence of the state policy on education reforms implemented in Uzbekistan today, the content of the Law "On Education" and the forms, types of education, the right to education, the processes in the primary, secondary and higher education system are analyzed. done Some solutions and proposals are presented within the framework of problems and shortcomings existing in the educational system.
