This study examines the critical role of ethical leadership in navigating issues such as data privacy, digital equity, responsible use of artificial intelligence, and the psychological impact of technology on students and educators. Through case studies and interviews with educational leaders, the research identifies best practices for fostering an ethical digital learning environment while addressing systemic barriers.
