Through case studies and interviews with educational leaders, the research identifies best practices for fostering an ethical digital learning environment while addressing systemic barriers. The findings emphasize the need for a values-driven approach, robust policies, and continuous professional development to prepare leaders for the ethical dilemmas of the digital age. This work provides actionable insights for policymakers, administrators, and educators seeking to ensure that digital transformation in education aligns with ethical principles.
