Abstract

This article discusses the life and creative paths of Karakalpak folk zhyraus, their performance skills and unique aspects, the zhyrau schools founded by them, and their successors. At the same time, the history of the study of the life and creative paths of the zhyraus, the opinions of scholars, are highlighted.
