The Process of Youth Artistic Creativity Development and The Factors Influencing It
Abstract
The article analyzes the issue of the development of youth artistic creativity and the factors influencing it. Definitions of the concept of the artistic creativity process are reviewed, and its legal foundations are outlined. The paper presents views on the factors affecting the development of youth artistic creativity and explains the essence of the policies being implemented in the field of youth.
